  • Replacements Terms: Please refer to our Replacement Policy for information on replacements.
  • Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Damage Terms: The Company will be liable for product damage up to 7 days from the date of invoice. After this period, the Company will not be liable.
  • Eligibility for Replacement: Products are eligible for replacement if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Replacement Process: To initiate a replacement, contact our customer service team at service@gcdl.in with your order number and issue details. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for replacement unless defective or not as described.
  • Changes to Replacement Policy: We reserve the right to update this Replacement Policy at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, we offer a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order and may take 5-7 business days to process.
  • Return Policy: The Company is not liable to accept returns once a product is billed/sold.
  • Service Policy: If a product has a manufacturing defect, you will receive an email from our service team regarding a replacement.
