Terms & Conditions



  • Orders Terms: By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made through approved payment methods. All prices are listed in the currency specified on the website and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due strictly within 3 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Delivery Terms: Shipping and delivery times are estimates and subject to change, with potential variations of up to 15 days. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any additional customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. We currently do not offer international & interstate shipping.
  • Delivery Issues: If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ganga@gcdl.in with your name and order number.
  • Replacements Terms: Please refer to our Replacement Policy for information on replacements.
  • Damages: We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
  • Damage Terms: The Company will be liable for product damage up to 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • Eligibility for Replacement: Products are eligible for replacement if damaged, defective, or not as described. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Replacement Process: To initiate a replacement, contact our customer service at service@gcdl.in with your order number and issue details.
  • Changes to Replacement Policy: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, we offer a full refund. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
  • Return Policy: The Company is not liable to accept returns once a product is billed/sold.
  • Service Policy: If a product has a manufacturing defect, you will receive an email from our service team regarding a replacement.
  • Change of Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy at any time.
